My package was waiting for me when I returned from DW. I love the yarn and the pattern. I can't wait to make them. The little extra is too cute. Thanks so much Carrie! Exquisite as always...I am so thrilled for you.

I've had mine since the day before my birthday (what a good present!) I'm almost ready to start the heel and I just love the way the colors are working up. If anyone wants to see pictures, I have one posted on my Ravelry account. My screen name is yarnpie.

The colors are perfect...and I just love the little extra. Thanks so much Carrie! :) Actually, it arrived yesterday but I was busy winding it and working up a swatch last night. This is my first sock club and part of the reason for joining (other than the great Potter yarns) was to help get me out of my comfort zone and try some new patterns. So far, it sounds like it's going to be a FUN time!

I'm waiting on an order to arrive which includes some new size zero needles. I'm going to try to make some adjustments so it turns out closer to a size small. Wish me luck!!!

My package arrived yesterday, when I was home sick. There's nothing like yarn fumes to make a person feel better!

Unfortunately, I won't be able to cast on just yet - I'm finishing a different pair for myself first, then I'm making a pair for a Sockapalooza person who never got hers. But then? These will be next!

I was so happy to find the first sock club yarn in my mailbox today!! I've been so eagerly awaiting it!

Eeee! So soft, and squishy! And the co-ordinating tissue paper! ^_^ Nice touch! I even like the little extra you slipped in. ;3

I'm gonna' have to try hard not to knit this stuff up, as I've got at least two other pairs of socks to finish, plus work socks! :'( *sniff* I want to kniiiitttt it!!!

After spending the afternoon in the ER with my dd, who fell off the monkey bars at school and possibly has a slight fracture in her elbow. It was so nice to come home and find some yummy yarn in the mail box! It is gorgeous Carrie!! I can't wait to start the pattern! I love how you packaged it and the tag too!!!

Curiousity is Killing Me

I am so excited to get this yarn!!!! I can't wait to see it in color! I have made quite a few other Harry Potter items this year. It has been a lot of fun but I can't wait to make more! Right now I am working on a house sweather from Charmed Knits for my DD (griffindor colors) and I am getting ready to cast on for the bellatrix socks. (I think I may keep those!)
